This morning, authID ($AUID) announced an OEM relationship with Prove to Provide Deepfake‑Resistant Identity Verification Capabilities Globally and Defend Against AI‑Generated Fraud.
I have calls in to company executives to get more information. As of now, I believe that this deal will result in revenue to $AUID based on Prove’s existing book of business. On the 1Q earnings call, CEO, Rhon Daguro, said authID was in conversations with one or two customers where that deal alone would surpass the $18MM bookings guidance for the year. It is possible that this is one of those large deals. If so, the company will have delivered on its sales guidance for the year…in June.
The press release has little in the way of details. What I wrote above is not confirmed. I will update DKI’s premium subscribers as soon as I have more information.
