There’s a story on Bloomberg News saying Houghton Mifflin ($HMHC) is exploring a sale. The company has hired an advisor, and Private Equity firms are doing due diligence. HMHC has been on the Deep Knowledge Investing buy list since January of 2021, and we continue to own a position. The stock has traded up in the after-market.
